3rd Shift Hours 5am-5pm
Manufacturing background and assembly skills required to support production of battery cells. Will follow written and verbal process procedures, operate automated production equipment, use hand tools and handle chemicals.
Sets up and maintains production equipment and materials to assemble button cells and manufacture the necessary Anode and Cathode components. Maintains production records and logs.
Chemistry background and assembly skills preferred to support both development and production of custom battery cells. Will follow written and verbal process procedures, operate automated production equipment, use hand tools and handle chemicals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Set up and maintain production equipment and materials in a clean, organized fashion.
Follow written and verbal instructions to the letter
Using detailed process procedures will manufacture battery cells.
Mixing and processing of cathode doughs and powders
Drying, mixing, and dispensing of anode paste
Operating automated assembly line stations
Washing, sorting, measuring button cells
Maintain records and logs in a clear and organized method
Interact with a variety of company departments
Adjust to changing work requirements
Must have flexibility in work hours
Must assume ownership of process

Hand assembly work experience a plus
