Through a full range of services, including case management, educational instruction and advocacy, we focus on preparing individuals for the world of work by helping them find and keep productive and meaningful employment.
Reporting to the Chief Programs Office and working with the Director of Workforce Development, Sector Managers, and Pivotal Staffing’s leadership, the Customer Transport Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing customer transport from Safer’s Cook County-designated pick up areas to business locations in accordance with the PACE/Shuttle service program-structure and goals.
